By participating in the Live Storytelling Challenge hosted on the official YouTube channel @kahanikaarsudhanshurai, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The challenge is open to all participants who join the live session.
- Participation is voluntary and subject to compliance with these terms.
2. Language & Content Guidelines
- Only simple and commonly used Hindi or English words are allowed.
- Words and objects must be part of daily conversation and easily understandable.
- Use of complex, technical, rare, or uncommon words/objects is discouraged.
- Use of any language other than Hindi or English is strictly prohibited.
3. Word Selection Process
- As this is a live interactive challenge, the host has full discretion to select or reject words.
- It may not be possible to consider all suggestions.
- The host may initiate live voting, and the word receiving the majority support may be selected.
- The host’s decision will be final and binding in all such cases.
4. Conduct & Behaviour
- Use of abusive, offensive, derogatory, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.
- Any such behaviour will result in:
- Immediate disqualification
- Possible removal/blocking from the session
- Additional actions as deemed necessary by the organizer
5. Format of the Challenge
- The storyteller is expected to narrate only the hook or plot, not the complete story.
- The extent and style of narration are at the storyteller’s discretion.
- The host may take reasonable time (e.g., up to a minute) to present his hook.
6. Winning Criteria
- The challenge is based on the host’s ability to respond creatively.
- If the host is unable to narrate even a simple hook, it will be considered a loss for the host.
- Judgement of performance remains subjective and at the host/organizer’s discretion.
7. Prizes & Rewards
- All prizes, rewards, or recognitions are entirely at the discretion of the organizer.
- No participant has the right to question, dispute, or legally challenge the prize decisions.
- In case of multiple winners, the final decision will rest solely with the organizer.
8. Nature of the Challenge
- This challenge is conducted purely for entertainment and promotion of storytelling.
- Any prize amount or claim is not a guarantee of earnings.
- This is not a money-making scheme, lottery, or gambling activity.
9. Scheduling
- The date and timing of the live sessions are subject to change.
- Final scheduling will be decided solely by the organizer.
10. Technical & Platform Limitations
- The organizer is not responsible for:
- Internet issues
- Platform glitches
- Delays in participation due to technical problems
11. Rights of the Organizer
- The organizer reserves the right to:
- Modify, cancel, or reschedule the challenge at any time
- Disqualify any participant violating the rules
- Interpret and enforce the rules as deemed appropriate
12. Acceptance of Terms
- Participation in the live challenge implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
